Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy describes what data this website (roboku.app) and the game Roboku (on Android, iOS and the web at play.roboku.app) collect, why, and what choices you have. The data controller is NycoHub SL, who you can reach at nycohub@gmail.com. If this English version and the Spanish version differ, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Data stored only on your device
By default, all your game progress (levels started and completed, board state, statistics) is stored only on your device or in your browser. It never leaves it unless you explicitly link an account, as described below.
2. Data if you link a Google or Apple account (optional)
You can choose to sign in with Google or Apple to save your progress in the cloud and restore it on another device. This is entirely voluntary. If you do, we collect:
- A unique account identifier, your name and, if the provider supplies it, your profile picture. We only use them to identify your saved game, and they're never shown to other players.
- Your game progress and statistics, copied to our cloud database (Cloud Firestore, by Google, hosted in the European Union) so they can sync across devices.
- If you buy the PRO version, a record that the purchase was verified, so it can be applied on any device where you sign in with that account.
You can sign out at any time from the account icon on the home screen. To request full deletion of your account and its cloud data, email nycohub@gmail.com from the address linked to the account, or follow these steps.
3. Advertising and cookies
This website and the web version of the game show ads from Google AdSense. The mobile apps show them through Google AdMob, unless you have the PRO version. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads, cap how often you see the same ad, measure performance and, if you consent, show personalized ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
- You can see how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- You can turn off personalized advertising in Google's ad settings.
- If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent before cookies are used for advertising, and you can change your choice at any time.
Apart from advertising, this website doesn't use its own analytics or tracking cookies. The web game stores your progress in your browser's local storage solely so that it works.
4. In-app purchases
The one-time PRO purchase is always processed through Google Play or the App Store: we never receive or store payment details. After the purchase, we send the transaction identifier to our server, which verifies it with Google or Apple and stores only the result, linked to your account. That's why the PRO version requires signing in.
5. Who we share data with
We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes. It is only processed, on our behalf, by the providers needed for the service to work: Google (Firebase, Google Sign-In, AdSense, AdMob, Google Play), Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store) and Microsoft Azure (hosting of this website and the web game). Each is subject to its own privacy policy.
6. Children
Roboku is not specifically aimed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child in your care has given us data by linking an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to nycohub@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
