Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the roboku.app website and the Roboku game (on Android, iOS and the web), both provided by NycoHub SL. By using them, you accept these terms. If this English version and the Spanish version differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. The service

Roboku is a logic deduction puzzle game. It's offered free of charge with ads, plus an optional one-time-payment PRO version on mobile platforms. We may add, change or remove levels, game modes and features at any time to improve the game.

2. Permitted use

You may use Roboku for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute or sell the game's levels or content, tamper with the game or its cloud services, or interfere with how it works or with the ads it shows (for example, by generating artificial clicks or impressions).

3. Accounts

Linking a Google or Apple account is optional. You're responsible for keeping access to that account. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and its data, as explained in the privacy policy.

4. Purchases

The PRO version is bought through Google Play or the App Store and is also governed by those stores' terms, including their refund policies. The purchase is linked to the account it was made with.

5. Intellectual property

The Roboku name, logo, graphics, texts and levels belong to NycoHub SL or its licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights over them beyond playing the game.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep Roboku working well and without interruption, but the game is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent permitted by law, NycoHub SL is not liable for lost progress or indirect damages arising from the use of the game.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights granted to you by the consumer laws of your country of residence. For any questions, write to nycohub@gmail.com.
